Gentle Movement online is suitable for people of all ages who experience mobility issues, pain, or fatigue. Move with awareness, care, and compassion for yourself in connection to others.

Family members, friends, and other caregivers are welcome to join you in this inclusive session.

I’m not entirely sure why, but now my mum isn’t walking, the effect of the Gentle Movement session is even more clear to me – she stands much better on Fridays and over the weekend, is much more fluid in her movements, and I’m convinced that is because of Thursday’s Gentle Movement online session”.
